The pump is turned on but does not move any infusion fluid.

RUN:
The pump is continuously administering a set dose (ml/hr).

Reservoir volume:
Is set to show the cassette volume (ml) and counts it down to show the remaining volume and when to change cassettes i.e. if you require more than one cassette per day. The reservoir volume function must be set to zero when cassettes are changed. When this function is not applied, "Inactive" is displayed.

Cont. Rate:
Shows the infusion rate and must be set to the prescribed dose (ml/h).

Extra dose:
Is set to show the extra-dose volume. Press the "EXTRA DOSE" key to activate this function.
6.
Given:
Shows the volume (ml) already administered to the patient through the pump (does not include volume set in "fill tube" function). Must be set to zero to show the volume infused, else you will have to write it down and subsequently subtract it from the new reading.
7.
Morning dose:
The volume administered when you activate the morning dose function.
